This Privacy Policy applies to the Quantum Pro Scientific Calculator mobile application (the “App”) created by Brand Reflex (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. No Data Collection

We respect your privacy. The App is designed to function as a standalone utility.

• We do not collect, store, or share your personal information (such as your name, email, or phone number).

• We do not track your location.

• We do not use advertising identifiers or sell user data to third parties.

2. In-App Purchases & Payments

The App offers optional “Pro” features which can be unlocked via In-App Purchases.

• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly by Google Play.

• Data Security: Brand Reflex does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card information, bank details, or billing address. Google Play simply provides us with a digital receipt to verify the purchase and unlock the features.

3. App Permissions

To function correctly, the App may request specific permissions. We use these strictly for functionality, not for data collection:

• Google Play Billing Service: Required to verify and process Pro upgrades.

• Vibration: Used to provide haptic feedback when buttons are pressed.

• Network/Internet: Required by the Google Play Store to validate the license status of Pro features.

4. Children’s Privacy

Since the App does not collect any personal data or track behavior, it is safe for users of all ages, including children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Part II: Terms of Use & Disclaimer

By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

Brand Reflex grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties (Calculation Accuracy)

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

• Educational Use Only: While we strive for high precision, the SciCalc Scientific Calculator is intended for educational and general utility purposes.

• No Guarantee: Brand Reflex does not warrant that the calculations, graphs, or results provided by the App are 100% accurate, reliable, or error-free.

• Professional Use: This App should not be the sole basis for critical professional decisions, including but not limited to structural engineering, medical dosage calculations, or financial accounting. Please verify critical results with alternative methods.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brand Reflex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or errors in academic/professional work) resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

4. Refunds

Refunds for In-App Purchases are governed by the Google Play Refund Policy. If you are dissatisfied with a Pro feature, please contact Google Play support directly or email us within 48 hours of purchase.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Brand Reflex and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Hyderabad, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
